上述情況不禁讓人聯想，政府為何會拖至非法填湖既成事實、“較難恢復原來面貌”才收回並據為己用呢？"

One bad decision does not justify a even worst. We want the wetland and we want the Carmo Sports Ground in CARMO too... Screw the Military Facilities, move them to Hengqin.
